Jabones sí...gominolas ,noo. ( soaps yes...jelly,nooo)

Ojo! hoy hemos hecho jabones de colores. Tan bonitos , coloristas y con unas formas tan jugosas que parecían gominolas!!; pero no, no lo son. Si os acordáis del mercadillo solidario de Barrado había unos jabones muy bonitos que había hecho Patricia, nuestra jefa de estudios y gustaron tanto que se agotaron!! Ahora nuestra compañera nos ha enseñado la técnica( facilísima , por otra parte) y desde aquí queremos enseñárosla a vosotros por si os apetece experimentar.Tomad nota!!
Necesitamos:
-jabón de glicerina 100%.
-colorantes.
-esencias.
-moldes de silicona.
Elaboración: -Primero, cortamos el jabón en trozos y lo metemos en el microondas a máxima potencia aproximadamente 1min. y medio o 2 min. -Lo sacamos y le añadimos el colorante. Movemos. -Se agrega la esencia. -Finalmente lo ponemos en los recipientes y esperamos a que se enfríen para poder desmoldar.

Watch out!Today we made coloured soaps. So beautiful, son colourful and so juicy that they looked like jelly, but they are not!!. If you remember the charity market of Barrado there were a lot of beautiful soaps made by Patricia, our headteacher, and they liked so much that we ran out of them!!Now our partner has taught us how to make them ( it is very, very easy , indeed) and we want to teach you too just in case you would like to experience. Take a note!!
We need:
-glicerine soap 100%.
-dyes.
-scents.
-silicone bowls.
How to make it: -First, we cut the soap in pieces and we put it in the microwave during 1 1/2 or 2 minutes. -We take it from the oven and we add the dyes. Remove. -We add the scent. -Finally we put it in the bowls and we wait until it is ready.

Cristina es una fisioterapeuta que trabaja en Casas del Castañar y hoy ha venido al colegio para darnos unos consejillos para "educar" nuestra espalda. Nos ha informado de qué cosas hacemos mal( que son muchas, por cierto), cómo debemos coger las cosas del suelo( nunca doblando la espalda, sino flexionando las rodillas), cómo acostarnos en la cama( nunca boca abajo-cosa que yo también hago mal-sino de lado), cómo sentarnos frente al ordenador( con la espalda recta sobre el respaldo de la silla, los pies en el suelo y la pantalla ligeramente por debajo de nuestros ojos), cómo llevar las mochilas....y para eso nos ha hecho algunas pruebas y nos ha enseñado algunos ejercicios para tener una espalda sana y fuerte.


Cristina is a physiotherapist who works in Casas del Castañar and today she came to school to give us some advice for "training" our back. She told us there are lots of thing we do not do correctly and how we should take things from the ground( never bending our back , but our knees), how to rest in the bed( never prone-something I do badly too-but on one side), how to sit opposite the computer ( with our back straight on the back of the chair, the feet on the ground and the screen a little bit lower than our eyes) how to carry our schoolbags, ...and for teaching all these cases she made us some tests and she taught us some exercices to have a strong and healthy back.

Hoy, tú eres el "King", Adrián!! ( today , you are the king, Adrián )

Aunque hoy no era el cumpleaños de Adrián ( porque fue el sábado de vacaciones),y esto parece la merienda del sombrerero loco en Alicia en el país de las maravillas celebrando el día de su NO cumpleaños,jejej, la madre de Adrián ha traído un riquísimo bizcocho para compartirlo con todos en el colegio. Estaba muy bueno, Miriam( al igual que todos los que habéis traído el resto de las madres).


Although today was not Adrian´s birthday( because it was on saturday , during the Easter holidays) and this could be the Mad hatter´s Tea party in Alice in Wonderland celebrating his No birthday,ejejj) Adrian´s mum brought us a delicious cake to share all together at school. It was really nice, Miriam ( as all the other cakes you brought to school, mums).

Actuaciones "Barrado solidario" III parte

Nos faltaba aún la actuación de los hermanos " Rufo Pérez" , Diego y Daniel, que nos contaron unos chistos muy graciosos y ...una actuación muy especial ( redoble de tambores) ta-ta-ta-chán!!! nuestra dire con una canción muy bonita. Os aconsejo bajar un poco el volumen porque se escucha mejor.

We were still missing one performance, that of the "Rufo Pérez Bros", Diego and Daniel, who told us some very funny jokes and...a very special one ( with the sound of drums) ta-ta-ta-chán!! our head misstres who sang a very beautiful song. Just an advice: down the volume to listen to it better.

Actuaciones "Barrado solidario" II parte: Folclore extremeño con Juan Antonio y su grupo.

Siguiendo con lo que dijimos hace un par de días( eso de ir añadiendo poco a poco algunos de los números de Barrado solidario) os dejamos ahora con la actuación del grupo de folclore del CRA dirigido por Juan Antonio, el monitor de AFC. Estuvieron fantásticos!! Geniales!!

ULTIMA RECETA...UN CIEMPIÉS

Y LA ÚLTIMA MAMÁ COCINERA QUE NOS HA VISITADO AL COLE HA SIDO ANABELA,MAMÁ DE IRATXE. HA SIDO UN DÍA DE MUCHA "COMILONA", YA QUE TAMBIÉN A PRIMERA HORA TODOS EN EL COLE HEMOS HECHO UN DESAYUNO SALUDABLE.
PERO A PERSAR DE TODO, LAS RECETAS HAN SIDO MUY ORIGINALES Y LES HAN GUSTADO MUCHO.LA PINCHE IRATXE NO PODÍA ESTAR MÁS ENTUSIASMADA CON SU MAMÁ EN EL COLE, Y TODOS LOS NIÑOS AGRADECIERON A ANABELA TODO CON UN GRAN ABRAZO.
PRIMERO HCIERON UN POSTRE MUY MOVIDO..UNA "PECERA" HECHA CON GELATINA Y EN SU INTERIOR GOMINOLAS. LA DEJAMOS ENFRIAR Y SE LA HAN LLEVADO PARA CASA PARA EL POSTRE.
Y LA SEGUNDA FUE UN GRACIOSO "CIEMPIÉS", HECHO CON UNA SALCHICHA , CORTADA A TROCITOS, OJITOS DE MAYONESA Y PATITAS DE KETCHUP...!!

Uff! cuántas cosas! No sé ni por dónde empezar.Bueno...,iremos poco a poco, porque además ya estamos casi en vacaciones y tendré más tiempo de hacer cosas bonitas: presentaciones, etc.
Para empezar os dejamos con las fantásticas actuaciones de los niños de Valdastillas y....si me lo permitís con los ensayos que hemos hecho en el cole durante estos días.

uff!! there so many things to talk about !!!I don´t know how to start. Well..., step by step , because , we are very close to Easter holidays and I will have more time to do beautiful things: slides, etc.
To start with, We want to show you the great performances of our pupils and...If you allow me, the practices we did at school during the previous days.

AYER LE TOCÓ A MIRIAM, MAMÁ DE ADRIÁN Y ANDREA, QUIENES FUERON UNOS EXCELENTES PINCHES.
NOS ENSEÑARON 2 RECETAS SENCILLAS Y RICAS, DE LAS QUE NO DEJAN NADA EN EL PLATO.
UNA FUE BOCADITOS DE FORMAS ( MOLDES CON PAN DE MOLDE UNTADO CON NOCILLA). Y LA OTRA UN "PINO" HECHO DE MIKADO PARA EL TRONCO Y RAMITAS CON TROCITOS DE KIWI.
¡LO MISMO QUE TARDARON EN HACERLA , TARDARON EN COMERSELO!

Y DE POSTRE, UNA GALLETA CON FORMA DE TARRITA PARA LLENAR DE NATA Y NUECES, BAÑADO CON UN POCO DE CARAMELO LIQUIDA....PARA CHUPARSE LOS DEDOS!
A PESAR DE QUE LA FRUTA NO ES LO QUE MAS COMEN LOS NIÑOS, LA MAYORIA SE LO COMIÓ TODO O POR LO MENOS LO PROBARON. GRACIAS A GRACIELA Y SU PINCHE CLARA.

Las primeras de la cosecha ( Our first cherries this year)

Vamos a hacer un poco de memoria ! Hace mes y medio,exactamente el día 24 de febrero os mostrábamos en una entrada del blog lo bonitas que estaban las flores del cerezo chino del patio; sin duda... un aventajado con respecto a los cerezos españoles a los que tan solo hace unas semanas les salían sus flores!! Pues bien, como hacía bastante de esto hoy, los niños han recogido sus frutos!! cerezas chinas, aunque para ser sinceros...preferimos las del Valle. Donde esté una rica picota...que se quite el resto.


Let´s remember! A month and a half ago, february 24th exactly we showed all of you in a post of this blog how beauty were the flowers of the Chinese cherry tree of our playgroung; no doubt...it was an early tree respect with our Spanish cherry tree which just a few weeks ago came out their flowers!! Well, this was a long time ago , and today the children have collected their fruits! chinese cherries, although sinceriously ...we prefer the cherries from our Valley.If you taste a delicious picota...the rest has nothing to do.

LA PRIMERA FUE LA FAMILIA DE NEREA, QUIEN NOS ENSEÑÓ COMO HACER UN PINCHITO , UNA "CARITA" Y UN BATIDO DE PLÁTANO RIQUÍSIMO. LO ELABORARON ELLOS CON LAS INDICACIONES DE LOS COCINEROS Y LA PINCHE NEREA. Y TODO SALIÓ GENIAL, GRACIAS A ROSA Y MARCEL!!

Poesía " Preparados para la cerecera".

Cuando el cerezo se pone en flor

llega el tiempo del calor.

Y la flor...

brota al sol.

A veces llegan las lluvias

con mucha furia.

Las abejas empiezan a zumbar

y sale el sol ya.

¿Y qué es lo que va a ocurrir?

Que la cosecha va a sufrir

si las cerezas están pequeñas

no viene mal

pero si ya están maduras

les produce abolladuras.

Y llega la fiesta del cerezo en flor

y¡¡ a todos nos gusta un montón.!!

Tenemos degustaciones,

también exposiciones

y gente que viene

a comerse unas raciones.

Vienen a ver el paisaje

después de un largo viaje.

Y cuando sale la cereza

se acaba la pereza.

Mi padre coge la cesta

para coger las cerezas

pero antes del ir del huerto

preparamos el almuerzo,

nos subimos al cerezo

y desde allí vemos todo el huerto.

El tendal ya esta preparado

porque la jornada casi ha acabado.

“Ponte a pesarlas cerezas

y que no te falten fuerzas”.

Nosotros como niños buenos

no damos ninguna guerra.

Un último paso …

cuando ya tenemos el coche cargado

a la cooperativa nos vamos.

Allí viene el que clasifica

y nos echa una firmita.

Ya a la tarde viene el camión

de la agrupación.

Bravo, bravo y bravo!! Olé! por esas madres que se han reunido en el cole durante algunos días de la semana pasada para hacer los trajes de las actuaciones de sus hijos que tendrán lugar el próximo día 14 de abril en Barrado con motivo del día del centro.
Estas fotos sólo son una muestra de lo entretenidas que han estado cortando las telas y cosiendo...pero sabemos de buena tinta que también ha habido un ratín para el café y los bizcochos. Enhorabuena a todas porque os han quedado preciosos y gracias, Eli , por pasarme las fotos. ;D


Bravo, bravo and bravo! Olé! to all the mums who came to school during some days of the last week to make their sons and daughters' clothes for the show you will be able to watch next april, 14th in Barrado for " The school day celebration!."
These photos are just an example of how they did the work , cutting and sewing the clothes...but we also know they enjoyed the time drinking coffee and eating some cakes.Congratulations to all of them because you made a good work and thank you , Eli, for sending the photos ;D

A casa de Iván ( to Iván´s house)

Cada vez le queda menos a nuestra mascota Candela para acabar el recorrido por las casas de todos los niños de Valdastillas.Esta última semana estuvo en casa de los " Rufo Pérez" y ahora, Daniel el más pequeño,le ha pasado la maleta a Iván, alumno de 6º de Ed. Primaria.
Every time it takes a little less to our pet Candela to finish the tour around all the pupil ´s from Valdastillas houses. This last week she stayed with the Rufo Pérez family and now, Daniel, the youngest, passed the schoolbag to Iván, a pupil of 6th of primary.

Semana del cerezo en flor ( The cherry tree blossom week)

Como ya sabeis todos... estamos " en flor"!! Nuestro Valle se viste de fiesta, se pone guapo todo blanquito y...recibimos un montón de visitantes.Para celebrar tan magnífico acontecimiento hemos estado realizando algunas actividades como el concurso de carteles de "Cerezos en flor" al cual hoy hemos puesto la guinda con la votación de los padres que han ido a recoger a sus hijos y entregando un pequeño premio al ganador, Diego ( alumno de 6º). Todos eran muy bonitos y merecían ganar y si no comprobadlo por vosotros mismos.

As everybody knows ... we are celebrating The cherry tree blossom!! Our Valley dresses its best clothes, looks prettier so white and ...we receive lots of visitors. To celebrate this great event we did some activities such as the "Cherry tree blossom" poster contest which we" put icing " with the parents who came to carry their children votes and giving a little prize to the winner , Diego ( pupil of 6th year). All the drawings were very nice and they deserve win or on the contrary you can check it by yourself.
